It is also wonderful for soothing sore muscles and to promote a healthy restful sleep (yes please!), so anyone can enjoy this one. This is what a mum said to me after she tried it

“Tonight we tried the chamomile and Epsom salt bath you recommended – thanks for sharing! My child enjoyed being in the bath and for the first time she didn’t scratch after a bath!!”

This child suffers from quite bad eczema and mum found it hard too find relief. So she was pretty wrapped with the results.

How to make the Bath soak

🌼1 cup Epsom Salts
🌼2 Tbs of Chamomile flowers tied in a muslin cloth or 4 Chamomile Tea bags

Place the Salts and Chamomile into the bottom of a bath, fill the bath with warm water to cover the salt and flower and let it sit for 10 minutes. Once it has infused fill the bath with your desired temperature.
