Australian Shipping

We have Four different shipping options depending on your orders.

  • FREE shipping on any order over the value of $69
  • FREE shipping on selected products
  • Flat rate fee of $8.50 for most orders
  • Local Pick up from Torquay VIC

Honestly Natural strives to get your orders out as quickly as possible so you are able to enjoy your items as soon as possible! Once an order is received, we ship your goods within 1-4 business days. You will receive two emails from us; one to say we have received your order with all your receipt details and the second you will be notified when your product has been shipped.

We currently use Australia Post and Sendle for all our orders and delivery generally take 2-5 business days after posting. Please contact us if after 10 business days your items have not arrived. In busy times, Australia post has a high volume of parcels and this can impact delivery speed and if you are located in certain areas such as rural this can also take a little longer.

Local Pick up

If you choose Local Pick up to save on shipping costs you are most welcome to visit us and pick it up from Torquay, Victoria. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up with the address and pick up information.

Back-ordered Products

Products listed as on ‘back-order’ mean the product has either just been ordered from the supplier or has already been ordered so it is on its way in the post to Honestly Natural, it is NOT currently on our shelves but will be shortly. Your order will be fulfilled once your back-ordered product arrives to us. To save on Carbon Emissions and costs unfortunately your orders won’t be shipped out separately. The day the back-ordered item arrives to us your order will be fulfilled.
Depending on where the supplier is, times will vary until the stock arrives. Generally 2-10 business days.

International Shipping – New Zealand only

We offer shipping to New Zealand at the flat rate of $18. This service usually takes 6+ working days.

Other international Shipping

We offer international shipping at the flat rate of $22.

We offer tracked shipping to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, China and New Zealand.

If you live in another part of the world and would like to receive some truly natural products from Honestly Natural, please email us at with the products you are interested in and the country you would like them sent to. We will then send you through a shipping quote.

* Many countries charge customs duties/taxes for international orders.  Please review your countries customs policies as we are not responsible for the payment of those fees. All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

How and why we pack your items the way we do

At Honestly Natural we care an awful lot about our environment and think it is really important to do everything we can to protect it. Instead of buying new (recycled) boxes for packing your products, we repurpose old boxes that have already been used to pack something. This way a new box doesn’t have to be created for your order. Did you know a new box uses tons of water, energy and emissions to make it. So by repurposing a box already made and already used once, we save on a stack of things to help the environment! You may notice strange boxes with products that don’t associate to us at all like power tools or even alcohol because they are sourced from other companies who no longer need the boxes. Its what’s on the inside that counts!

We also wrap and protect your products with repurposed newspapers from local nursing homes, cafes and newsagents who no longer need them; you may also find a painting or two from my daughter wrapped up with your items. Sometimes you may find bubble wrap or other packing materials that have also been repurposed. Please dispose of any materials thoughtfully and recycle where possible. The money we save on buying packaging materials is donated to The Wilderness Society, so you can feel great about shopping with us because you are helping to protect our precious country.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

Damaged or broken items

DARN IT! We take as much care as possible when we package your items, but in the unlikely and unfortunate event that a product is damaged during shipment you have the option of a new product or a refund. Please contact Honestly Natural with your receipt number; you may be required to send us images of the damage for further assessment. Please contact us as quickly as you can or within 7 days after receiving the damaged goods so we can fix it up for you. If you choose to receive a new product rather than a refund it will be shipped out to you within 1-2 business days of contact or alternatively your refund will be enacted immediately. If you only ordered one item and it was delivered damaged a full refund will be provided, if you purchased multiple items the other items and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total.

Incorrect order or missing an item

WOOOPS, If we sent you the wrong item or accidentally forgot one please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will send you out a new one within 1-2 business days. And you can keep the incorrect one too! BONUS, who doesn’t love a freebie?

Change of mind

We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with Honestly Natural, and we understand sometimes people change their mind. If you change your mind on any order, that’s ok! We will gladly refund your money less shipping costs within 14 days of the original purchase. In order to obtain a refund for change of mind you will need to post (or drop to our address) the items back at your own expense; once we receive the items we will refund you or exchange the product to the same value plus postage. If you wish to exchange with an item that is of more value you will need to pay the balance. Items must be unopened, unused and in original packaging, free of any damage. Please contact us if you require a change of mind. Please be aware that any SALE or SAMPLE items will not be accepted for change of mind.

Items not as advertised

In very rare cases, a manufacturer may alter a product or change an ingredient without us knowing. If this happens and the product is no longer suitable for you, please let us know and we will provide you with a refund. Please note, this is only valid if ingredient or formulation change without our knowledge and it has not been updated on the website.
